For treatment: 4 tablets (1000 mg Atovaquone and 400 mg Proguanil hydrochloride) taken once daily for 3 days.

                        Side Effects

                Contraindications & Precautions
            
            Contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to Atovaquone, Proguanil hydrochloride, or any component of the formulation; also contraindicated in severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <30 mL/min).
