Use: | Treatment of chronic immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) in adults and children who have had an insufficient response to corticosteroids, immunoglobulins, or splenectomy.
Adult dose: | Initial dose of 1 mcg/kg once weekly, may be increased to a maximum of 10 mcg/kg based on platelet response.
Pediatric dose: | Initial dose of 1 mcg/kg once weekly, may be adjusted based on platelet count, with a maximum of 10 mcg/kg.

Dosage Information
