About Mepolizumab

Use: | Treatment of severe asthma with eosinophilic phenotype, eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA), and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP)
Adult dose: | 100 mg subcutaneously once every 4 weeks
Pediatric dose: | For patients aged 6 years and older with severe asthma, 40 mg subcutaneously once every 4 weeks; for patients weighing 40 kg or more, 100 mg subcutaneously once every 4 weeks
