About Obinutuzumab

Use: | Treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in combination with chlorambucil, and for the treatment of follicular lymphoma in patients who have received at least one prior therapy.
Adult dose: | 1000 mg administered as an intravenous infusion on Day 1 of each 28-day cycle for up to 6 cycles for CLL; for follicular lymphoma, 1000 mg on Day 1 of each cycle for up to 6 cycles, followed by maintenance therapy.

Dosage Information
Adult Dose

Risk of severe infusion-related reactions, including cytokine release syndrome; monitor patients closely during and after infusion. Risk of infections, including progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML); consider prophylaxis for patients at risk.
