Storage Requirements

Dosage Information
Adult Dose
The initial dose for tracheal intubation is typically 0.6 mg/kg IV. Maintenance doses of 0.1-0.2 mg/kg IV may be administered as needed.
Pediatric Dose
For children aged 3 months to 14 years, the initial dose is usually 0.6 mg/kg IV. Maintenance doses of 0.075-0.125 mg/kg IV may be given as required.
Side Effects
