Use: | Treatment of Cushing's disease in adults who are not candidates for surgery or for whom surgery has failed
Adult dose: | Initial dose of 0.6 mg subcutaneously twice daily; may be increased to a maximum of 0.9 mg twice daily based on clinical response and tolerability
Pediatric dose: | Safety and efficacy not established in pediatric patients
