Use: | Paracetamol is used for the relief of mild to moderate pain and to reduce fever. Tramadol is indicated for the management of moderate to moderately severe pain.
Adult dose: | Paracetamol: 500-1000 mg every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed 3000 mg per day. Tramadol: 1 tablet (325 mg/37.5 mg) every 6 hours as needed, not to exceed 8 tablet

Dosage Information
Adult Dose
Paracetamol: 500-1000 mg every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed 3000 mg per day. Tramadol: 1 tablet (325 mg/37.5 mg) every 6 hours as needed, not to exceed 8 tablets per day.
Pediatric Dose
Paracetamol: 10-15 mg/kg every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed 75 mg/kg per day. Tramadol: Not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age.

Contraindications & Precautions
Paracetamol: Severe liver impairment or active liver disease. Tramadol: Hypersensitivity to tramadol or any component of the formulation, acute intoxication with alcohol, opioids, or other central nervous system depressants.
Important Warnings
Risk of severe liver damage with excessive use of Paracetamol. Tramadol may cause respiratory depression, especially in patients with respiratory conditions. Risk of dependence, abuse, and withdrawal symptoms with Tramadol.
