                Contraindications & Precautions
            
            Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to vasopressin or any component of the formulation, and in patients with chronic nephritis with nitrogen retention. Use with caution in patients with vascular disease, asthma, epilepsy, migraine, heart failure, or renal impairment.
         
        
        
            
                Important Warnings
            
            Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease due to the risk of cardiac ischemia. Monitor fluid and electrolyte balance to prevent water intoxication and hyponatremia.
