Dosage Information
Adult Dose

Side Effects
Common side effects include urinary tract infections, genital mycotic infections, nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and hypoglycemia (when used with other antidiabetic agents).
Contraindications & Precautions
Contraindicated in patients with a history of severe hypersensitivity to Dapagliflozin or Metformin, severe renal impairment (eGFR < 30 mL/min), metabolic acidosis, including diabetic ketoacidosis, and during conditions that may lead to dehydration.
Important Warnings
Risk of lactic acidosis with Metformin, especially in patients with renal impairment, liver disease, or conditions that may lead to hypoxia. Dapagliflozin may increase the risk of ketoacidosis, urinary tract infections, and dehydration. Regular monitoring of renal function is recommended.
