About Omalizumab

Use: | Treatment of moderate to severe persistent asthma in patients 6 years and older, chronic idiopathic urticaria in patients 12 years and older, and nasal polyps in adults.
Adult dose: | 150 mg to 375 mg subcutaneously every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on body weight and asthma severity.
Pediatric dose: | 150 mg subcutaneously every 2 to 4 weeks for patients aged 6 to 11 years, based on body weight (weight-based dosing).

Dosage Information
Adult Dose
