About Aflibercept
Class: | Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) inhibitor
Use: | Treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer in combination with FOLFIRI (irinotecan, leucovorin, and fluorouracil) in patients who have progressed after prior therapy; also used in the treatment of other cancers such as metastatic breast cancer and certain types of lung cancer.

Storage Requirements
Store at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F). Do not freeze. Protect from light. Once diluted, the solution should be used immediately or stored at 2°C to 8°C for no more than 24 hours.

Dosage Information
Adult Dose
