Adult dose: | Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg every 4-6 hours (max 12 mg/day), Paracetamol 325 mg every 4-6 hours (max 3000 mg/day), Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 30 mg every 4-6 hours (max 240 mg/day).
Pediatric dose: | Not recommended for children under 6 years; for children 6-12 years, Chlorpheniramine 1 m

Adult Dose
Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg every 4-6 hours (max 12 mg/day), Paracetamol 325 mg every 4-6 hours (max 3000 mg/day), Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 30 mg every 4-6 hours (max 240 mg/day).
Pediatric Dose
Not recommended for children under 6 years; for children 6-12 years, Chlorpheniramine 1 mg every 4-6 hours (max 6 mg/day), Paracetamol 10-15 mg/kg every 4-6 hours (max 5 doses/day), Pseudoephedrine 15 mg every 4-6 hours (max 60 mg/day).
Side Effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, nausea, increased heart rate, and restlessness.
Contraindications & Precautions
Hypersensitivity to any component, severe hypertension, severe coronary artery disease, concurrent use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), and in children under 6 years.
Important Warnings
May cause drowsiness; avoid alcohol and operating heavy machinery. Use caution in patients with hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, or prostate enlargement. Consult a healthcare provider before use in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
