Increased risk of suicidal thoughts and behaviors in children, adolescents, and young adults; may cause serotonin syndrome, especially when used with other serotonergic agents; caution in patients with a history of seizures or bipolar disorder; monitor for worsening depression or emergence of suicidal thoughts during treatment
