About Dabrafenib Mesilate
Class: | BRAF inhibitor
Use: | Indicated for the treatment of patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma with BRAF V600E or V600K mutations, as well as for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with BRAF V600E mutation.
Adult dose: | 150 mg taken orally twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart, with or without food.
Pediatric dose: | Safety and efficacy have not been established in pediatric patients; not recommended for use in children.
