Storage Requirements
Store at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F); do not freeze. Protect from light. Once removed from refrigeration, may be stored at room temperature for up to 28 days.

Dosage Information
Adult Dose
For VTE prophylaxis: 2,850 IU (0.3 ml) subcutaneously once daily; for treatment of DVT/PE: 95 IU/kg (0.1 ml/kg) subcutaneously every 12 hours, adjusted based on clinical response and body weight.
