About Lorlatinib

Use: | Treatment of anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in patients who have progressed on or are intolerant to one or more ALK inhibitors
Adult dose: | 100 mg orally once daily, taken with or without food
Pediatric dose: | Safety and efficacy have not been established in pediatric patients
Side effects: | Common side effects include fatigue, diarrhea, nausea, peripheral neuropathy, and elevated liver
