About Pancuronium Bromide

Use: | Induction and maintenance of neuromuscular blockade during surgical procedures, intubation, and mechanical ventilation
Adult dose: | Initial dose: 0.06 to 0.1 mg/kg IV; Maintenance dose: 0.01 to 0.02 mg/kg IV every 20-60 minutes as needed
Pediatric dose: | Initial dose: 0.1 mg/kg IV; Maintenance dose: 0.01 to 0.02 mg/kg IV every 20-60 minutes as needed (use with caution in neonates and infants)
Side effects: | Hypotension, tachycar
