About Pancuronium Bromide

Use: | Induction of neuromuscular blockade during surgery or mechanical ventilation
Adult dose: | Initial dose: 0.04 to 0.1 mg/kg IV; Maintenance dose: 0.01 to 0.05 mg/kg IV every 20 to 60 minutes as needed
Pediatric dose: | Initial dose: 0.1 to 0.2 mg/kg IV; Maintenance dose: 0.01 to 0.05 mg/kg IV every 20 to 60 minutes as needed
