About Ponatinib

Use: | Treatment of adult patients with chronic phase, accelerated phase, or blast phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) or Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) who are resistant or intolerant to prior tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy.
Adult dose: | The recommended starting dose is 45 mg orally once daily. Dose adjustments may be necessary based on response and tolerability.
