                Important Warnings
            
            Capecitabine can cause severe diarrhea, dehydration, and hand-foot syndrome. It may also lead to cardiotoxicity, particularly in patients with a history of coronary artery disease. Monitor blood counts regularly due to the risk of myelosuppression. Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment.
