About Sunitinib Malate

Use: | Treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC), gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) after disease progression on imatinib, and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNETs)
Adult dose: | 50 mg orally once daily for RCC; 37.5 mg orally once daily for GISTs; 40 mg orally once daily for pNETs, taken with or without food
Pediatric dose: | Safety and efficacy not established in pediatric patients; use is not recommended
