History of myocardial infarction, unstable angina, stroke, transient ischemic attack, decompensated heart failure, severe hepatic impairment, concurrent use of Class Ia or Class III antiarrhythmic drugs
Important Warnings
Risk of serious infections, including progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML); monitor heart rate during first dose; liver function tests should be performed prior to and during treatment; avoid live vaccines during treatment and for 2 months after discontinuation.
