History of myocardial infarction, unstable angina, stroke, transient ischemic attack, decompensated heart failure, or severe untreated sleep apnea; concurrent use of class Ia or class III antiarrhythmic drugs; hypersensitivity to fingolimod or any component of the formulation
Important Warnings
Risk of serious infections, including progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML); monitor heart rate and blood pressure; liver function tests should be performed before and during treatment; not recommended for use in patients with significant cardiac conditions or those who have received live vaccines within 2 months prior to treatment.
