                Contraindications & Precautions
            
            Hypersensitivity to fingolimod or any component of the formulation; history of myocardial infarction, unstable angina, stroke, transient ischemic attack, or decompensated heart failure; concurrent use of Class Ia or Class III antiarrhythmic drugs; severe untreated sleep apnea; and certain infections (e.g., active or chronic infections).
